C9 is no better; Russian Desert Tortoise

Well, way better than I feared! At 18 inches tall in a closed wooden enclosure (open top) my Russian tortoise has a 96f hotspot in a warm room. I suspect he'll always read over 90 feet, which is perfect! I like that I control the light the way I like and that it's just warm. I wish I had had this many years ago! I'll write about longevity when he gets older; So far it's been about a month and it's still going well.
