I recently discovered Aveine with a French friend who is my 'resource' for wine knowledge. I have to say I was amazed when he got me to use the aerator. We spent a whole evening trying lots of bottles and I even found advantages with the white bottles! I never thought that white wines would become more airy and taste so much better. I immediately ordered one and can't wait to introduce it to my winemaking friends. I hope that the wine base in the app will grow - I've already presented a couple of Napa wines that weren't there, but playing with the aeration time manually on the device screen brings very pleasant surprises. I can't wait to go ahead and experience what this aerator is capable of!
