It seems heavy but how to attach with M18 female thread?

I had to make special adapters to use this load cell. It comes with an M18 female thread, which is extremely rare in the US. I found mounts for the M16 and M20 but nothing cheap for the M18. Keep that in mind if you buy the 3T version.
