Excellent cable modem! I was trying to help a neighbor, a disabled veteran. He's very shy and doesn't let anyone into his house, but he was keen on basic internet service after another neighbor bought him a used laptop. The first modem we ordered was not compatible with either Comcast or their Magic Jack service. When I returned the first modem, this DOMO DEALS company contacted me that same day and offered to help me find the right modem. I explained the difficult situation and they recommended this modem after calling Comcast themselves to make sure it was the right modem. Not only was the recommendation and modem perfect, it was easy for my neighbor to connect - basically plug and play on your own. But then this company surprised me and offered to top up my account and give the modem to my neighbor as a thank you for his military service. All I can say is WOW. I didn't ask for special attention, they just gave it to me. I will do whatever it takes to help my neighbor, his military service, the physical and emotional trauma he will carry for the rest of his life. Well, most people will give up. Sometimes it's difficult to provide support and DOMO DEALS has made it so easy. You have exceeded my expectations. I did not ask. They simply provided first class personal service!
