Useful Software with Great Customer Service

The app is easy to use, it has all of my contacts in one spot so I can easily make calls from anywhere around the world (even if they're not using our product). So far we've only used their softphone feature but that looks great as well! Not much dislike about this software at this time - there isn't anything negative i'd say either. We have been able to add more customers for salespeople who are out in field without having them wait until back home or while driving down busy streets. It's also helped me reach clients easier when traveling than trying to send emails over wifi which don't always work very fast. I like that it has a good price point for small to medium businesses, it's easy to use, and has great customer service. The only drawback is that they don't have much of a presence in the United States. If you're looking for a low cost PBX solution, this is one of the best available. We have been able to centralize our phone system, including all extensions. It also gives us great call analytics and allows us to keep track of employee productivity.

  • Also user friendly enough people under 30 will be fine navigating thru its features/options.

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
