I paid a shop in Mexicali to install in my 2001 suburb along with some new Pioneer speakers. I had to buy a new dashboard to make it fit and look nice and tidy. Otherwise everything works great. FM radio, reversing camera, bluetooth works great. The small remote works well. If you are looking for a cheap Bluetooth backup camera system, I recommend this one. I suspect that people's problems are due to installation errors. If you don't know how, just pay a professional. Being in Mexico is cheaper than doing the same job in an American shop.
