I like that it's easy for me, as my secretary/office manager (who also administers our CRM system), but can be customized easily by adding more modules if needed or desired; you don't need any special training in order build an account with them - their customer support team will walk through everything stepwise until your setup looks exactly how YOU want! It has been great so far because we've had little issues getting up & running -- they are very responsive via phone calls / emails when things do go wrong. There may still have some minor glitches here n there along time line since launch date which were not immediately addressed at first release though overall experience was pretty good from start till now :) We're solving problems related patient medical records access across multiple locations within health care organization using cloud computing technology enabling secure sharing among staff members who work remotely without having physical office presence.
