OperaDDS - Great Service, But Expensive

The ability to send text and email messages to patients and caregivers is incredibly helpful. The ability to track and monitor patient visits is very useful. The ability to send text and email reminders for upcoming appointments is useful. I dislike that the app isn't compatible with my phone.
I wish it was a native app so I could access it on my phone without needing to use my computer. I also dislike the fact that I have to pay for the service. I highly recommend OperaDDS. The ability to send text and email reminders to patients and caregivers is extremely helpful.

Pros

What's great about this program, other than its ease of use (email alerts),is how well you can customize your notification times/recipients depending upon urgency or frequency requirements within our practice! Very user friendly too!! It works seamlessly when sending notifications via desktop; no issues at all there..I've used many apps from different vendors over time but
