Review on Bialetti Moka Induction: 4-Cup Red Espresso Pot for All Hobs by Damon Fuqua

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm in love: coffee, tea and espresso

.with this mocha pot. I drink espresso more like a cup of American coffee and wanted to go from 3 cups to 6 or from 1 "American" cup to 2. I have used Bialetti (when it was made in Italy) and knowing its value I chose it hoping the quality will be as good as the Italian product. As it turned out, the filter and basket are "Made in Italy”, while the kettle and pan come from Romania. The boiler is made of heavy-duty stainless steel with an aluminum core and the boiler is made of heavy-duty aluminum. I thought that a two-layer cauldron would take a long time to heat up, but on a weak flame of a gas stove, it boils in a few minutes. The result is two rich cups of coffee. I rinse all parts with water, wipe the inside of the boiler and coffee pot of coffee residue and let them air dry, which they do very quickly, and wipe the boiler with a kitchen towel to remove water stains and give it a shine keep. My first thought was that I was paying too much for a moka pot, but the product design, materials, aesthetics, cooking speed, taste and the knowledge that it will last make it worth it.
