Instructions are a bit lacking and pictures are almost useless (diagrams would be better) but once you work them out it's actually a very easy install - 5 minutes per side, including old part removal. Note that the removal part is actually what takes the most time - the instructions only say to remove the old hardware, but don't indicate if you will be reusing hardware. . You will not. The casters, caster assembly and height adjuster have been replaced so there is no need to carefully remove the original parts (just be careful not to bend the wire frame). Edit - 6 months later - Altitude support isn't that good. like the original - when there are more than plastic cups in the top drawer, it gradually sinks to the lowest position. It's not a deal breaker, but it does mean keeping an eye on the height of the items underneath.
