It may take me about three months to start using this DVD ripping device. I tested it, it seems to work very well. I had a disc, not a copy. But I don't blame anyone. I had some sort of DVD that had been sitting around gathering dust for well over a year, my problem. The hardest part for me was learning how to copy an image from the hard drive to the drive. It's not that difficult once you understand it. But Manuel wasn't accurate, but I figured it out. If you bought that with a hard drive. PRO, Rip 10 DVDs at once. Good product. I don't care what other people say. Don't overdo it with bad reviews; Many people have terrible attitudes. You have to see it for what it is. It's important to protect your product if you're really concerned about it. I see no reason not to give them five stars. I have insurance on this item; I do not care. That saves me a lot of money in the long run. What a great thing. Thank you
