Works well! in my review

After a bit of a struggle with the first, figuring out how to disassemble and install, these are a snap to install and work very well.To improve, increase length of green ground wire by 4"

The 16W LED under cabinet task lighting provides bright and efficient illumination, perfect for any workspace or kitchen area.

Cons

May not be able to withstand high humidity levels in some kitchens.
