I like that Channels can be set up quickly to help with account management of various incentives for consumers! It's simple but not too easy at times as well - it depends upon your team/people skills in getting channels setup properly from what we've experienced so far using this system!! Have more tools than traditional systems such has gift cards etc., which is helping us build customer loyalty through cross selling products by giving them an extra option when they are shopping our stores' brands (i have no dislikes yet).
Benefits include ease-of use allowing quick access without having support staff required during peak hours; ability to easily track usage vs spending within each program via reports generated daily showing total spendings per day & month over time compared against goals defined priorly helps keep focus where needed most.
