I like that they have so many different options for scheduling appointments as well as tracking how much time is left until an appointment or procedure has been performed. It's not compatible with all 3rd party apps which can be frustrating when trying to keep track of your schedule at work/home! Also it seems sometimes you need more steps than other times to log into certain features. Keep up the good work!! We are able to easily see upcoming procedures we've booked online, make changes before our doctor visits if needed and even check off tasks during dental cleanings without having to talk directly to our dentist about each one.
