Great app but wish some functionality was better

I like that they have so many different options for scheduling appointments as well as tracking how much time is left until an appointment or procedure has been performed. It's not compatible with all 3rd party apps which can be frustrating when trying to keep track of your schedule at work/home! Also it seems sometimes you need more steps than other times to log into certain features. Keep up the good work!! We are able to easily see upcoming procedures we've booked online, make changes before

My organization greatly benefited and enjoyed learning about PatientPoint

It has all of my patient information organized very well for me as an office manager! I also love how it is able to sync up with our billing system so that we dont have any issues keeping track or paying bills throughout each month!! Nothing at this time but would like more features added such us creating new patients which seems cumbersome when you are trying do something else while they load into your computer screen (ie typing). All other aspects were great from setup through implementation…

  • How easy it is to access and keep track of patient information including all of their insurance information and medical records!
Cons
  • I would like more options for creating new patient accounts (ie patients who don't currently have dental insurance or have dental insurance that is not with the plan we use for our office) and it would be nice if it was a little easier to create new patients when working with the software

Easy-to -use software in office environment

I like that it is easy for me to send invoices from my computer. You can also create reminders about upcoming appointments or dental procedures. It's not very user friendly when you are trying to search through your records, but they definitely need more training. Also, sometimes if you have an error with one of your files, there isn't much help available other than contacting customer service. Keep up to date with all of your paperwork! We use this product to keep track of patient information

Our office switched over several years ago when OpenWay was still going strong

I like that it is easy to use from anywhere and anytime. It is very user friendly. The only downside is the cost of subscriptions, but if you are using it as part of your business, then it's worth it. We have been able to streamline our billing process greatly with this system. Also, we are able to track patient information much more accurately.
