I like that it is easy to use from anywhere and anytime. It is very user friendly. The only downside is the cost of subscriptions, but if you are using it as part of your business, then it's worth it. We have been able to streamline our billing process greatly with this system. Also, we are able to track patient information much more accurately. I like that this system allows me access from any computer or mobile device with an internet connection for appointments/payments etc at my convenience! The billing is accurate & easy which helps keep track of our expenses as well!! It would be great if we could pay invoices online rather than waiting till they are mailed so it can go out faster. This has been helpful by managing patient accounts remotely with no need to print paper checks (which have gone missing).
