Battery status monitors are a nice upgrade over most OEM trailer packs. The weight of the battery crushed the plastic "mounts" in the battery compartment during shipping. I had already made and screwed on custom brackets for the box before noticing any damage in transit, so returning it is a hassle. If yours arrives like this you will need to put foam or some other support in the box to prevent the battery from cracking for the life of the product.
