I think this is a great product. It dissolves well in milk with a hand blender. And I make a smoothie every night before bed and don't wake up hungry. But the vanilla flavor is a bit artificial, that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. While I can easily mix whey protein powder with my Greek yogurt to create a super protein snack, the casein protein powder makes the yogurt too thick. and the artificial vanilla flavor overwhelms the yogurt without making it a very appetizing or appealing snack. I'll try it with chocolate to see if it tastes better with milk. But the vanilla flavor mixed with milk is beyond drinkable and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality low calorie casein protein supplement.
