This was the MUCH worst customer service experience I've ever had...even trying to call DELL support...it's MUCH WORSE. I spoke to NEST on the phone for over an hour. Before that I was on the phone with Revane and Yale. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, factory reset (which is ridiculously difficult) many times and explained that the electronics are NOT WORKING, even put my phone next to the lock when it clicked and refused to turn around so the support -person would do it. I don't hear it click. I'm still on hold because god forbid the "customer service" person is allowed to return a clearly defective product. I will NEVER buy from NEST again and scream from the rooftops that this is the WORST product and WORST customer service. Apparently I have to stay on the line to speak to the manager or the money won't come back. Serious. I don't want a replacement, I want my money back. it's been 2 hours now. I still listen to cold music.
