I like that it lets me keep track of my expenses, so i know where all my money goes! It takes some time getting used too but once you do then its really easy to use for your business needs. The customer support can be hard sometimes if there's an issue with something they just don't seem interested in helping out much at all when trying to fix issues. Maybe give them more training before giving feedback about their service? They did have one person who was very helpful though which made things better overall. Keeping up with our budgeting by using this program has been great because we are able to see exactly how everything adds together within each month. This helps us get accurate reports and makes sure bills aren’t going overbudget unnecessarily. We also utilize another system called QuickBooks Online through Google Drive as well which allows access from anywhere.
