Missing parts, misleading listing, no after-sales service

Model 1 ordered, apparently there is a listing problem and it does not include PP plate and aluminum scale plate. So keep that in mind when ordering model 1. I contacted the seller and he said he got what he was supposed to, although I did mention it was in the model 1 description. Poor customer service, no attempt to correct their mistake, waste Bought this press to use punches, gouges and to press in small rivets and latches. The press was well packed in styrofoam in its own box, nothing was damaged in transit. The included chuck appears to work and spins smoothly, the adapter that attaches the chuck to the press has a rear screw to keep it from loosening. This screw goes into the chuck after you screw the adapter on. He's either naked or too small to grab because he just keeps spinning. I don't know how that will play out in the long run. The screw on the press that holds the adapter is fine and has no issues. So far the press seems fine, the chuck and adapter not sure how long they will last. I didn't punch anything with it as the perforated plate and board are missing. But I've been messing around with changing tools and have found that the wrench tightens and loosens, the chuck skips teeth and doesn't fit very well. I'm not sure if it's just a key. I have to check my tools to see if it's just a wrench or bad quality ammo. Return the press and buy from another seller at a lower price.

Very difficult to set up, adjusters loosen constantly. Uneven embossing
