Great ice cream maker for the money. The design and use itself is elementary! The bowl itself is easy to reach and super easy to install with the help of a plastic frame. I've read reviews that this has been a problem for a lot of people. I froze the bowl for 2 days for greater fidelity. And the ice cream turned out great in 30 minutes! It's fine. Soft ice cream without ice crystals.
