I liked this wallet - for the most part. It's thin and functional, with a nice distressed leather tone. Lots of space for cards and bills. Here's the problem: I've had my wallet for 9 months now and the pull tab has completely detached from the wallet. Without this tape, an external credit card holder is practically useless. I was expecting this wallet to last longer with normal everyday use. Not sure if I will order a replacement or try another manufacturer. UPDATE: (now 5 stars) Within 2 hours of posting my previous review, the manufacturer contacted me about my complaint. After sending them a photo of the damage along with my order number and address, they sent me a new wallet for free. I was blown away by this amazing customer service experience. Thank you everyone at Serman Brands - you now have a customer for life.
