Bought for my brother. The previous owner's credentials and settings were still on the device, confusing the Xfinity installer. Do yourself a big favour: only connect it to the power supply. Take a paper clip and press the reset button - gently - you will feel a faint click. With the device powered on, press and hold for 25 seconds. Release it and let it restart for 5 minutes. Boom. Back to factory settings. Then connect it to the Xfinity cable. Be sure to log in and change at least the admin password. The default user and password are admin and password. For heaven's sake. This thing is just a beast. I love it.
