My wife loves to bake and I use a baking sheet sometimes too so we decided we had enough of our cheap Wally World sheets and bought them. They're very strong and quite heavy, suggesting that the sheet steel isn't too thin. A bonus is a pair of cooling pads. They really do have a high gloss finish and not the dullness expected. This makes cleaning easier. They didn't warp in the oven even though they weren't exposed to more than 375°F. It's too early to know if the cooling shelves are actually made of stainless steel and not chrome steel wire, but I like that they're made of mesh and not just straight wires. We love them so much that another pair will be arriving soon. . 4 of these in total, my wife will be delighted when she bakes and we have enough to toss in and out of the oven, full and empty.
