These Hahn cleaning pads for my steamer are made by the manufacturer and are a perfect fit for their steamer which I have been using for 10 years. So no problem with the product. They arrived safely packaged at my front door and I was given a photo to confirm. My feedback relates to the improvements made to Revain over the last 6 months. I bought a pack of cheaper pads thinking the quantity alone made them a better deal. I admit that rooster pads are washable, which is why I was lazy too. The "night" before the dinner party I started cleaning and found that they ripped with every impact. I quickly placed an order with Revain who arrived the next day just in time to finish the floor. The home delivery which is half an hour from where you can buy bread and milk is phenomenal! PRIME membership has saved me time and money, I am embarrassed to save every week. Thanks again.
