I had to return the first one because the top corner was missing stitching and I couldn't fully close the animal cage as intended. There was a clear deficiency. See the first photo. No problem. Everything happens, doesn't it? I requested an exchange and 3 days later received one for free to return the defective one. Got the second today. Tried to bet. The velcro does NOT fit so I can't attach the kennel AGAIN. And I found what looked like fluffy black animal hair on one of the Velcro straps. It was brand new, straight out of the box. I have a short haired white dog (so not hers)! I have included additional photos of velcro that did not match. When I tried to align one set of Velcro squares, it resulted in an unsightly rapping and even made the other Velcro move further down. I really don't get it.Once this review is approved and made publicly available I will request a refund and will not order again.Pros. Good material and nice print. It certainly could have been a quality product if whoever made it could have been more accurate. turned over and sent back to the consumer. Unacceptable. 👎
