I have 3 lovely kids and my old lock needs keys every time which is fine with me but not kids. They always lost their key or forgot to lock the door. I have to say that these are the main reasons why I chose it over others. I could see that they are not just doing a one time deal, they solve my problems quickly and beautifully. And there were locks that I bought and I couldn't even get an answer from their service. This smart lock offers app, code and key. My kids love codes as they can be their favorite numbers. What I like the most is the remote control and the auto lock. You don't even have to send a code, and you don't have to worry about forgetting your key anymore. I can't tell how much better other locks work, but it has what I needed and it's sturdy. It's enough for me in one word solid and reliable! I definitely recommend it.
