I like how easy it was set up- all you had were your email addresses! They did everything from creating custom surveys (which we used frequently), sending reminders about upcoming appointments/tests etc., scheduling phone calls or emails between providers when needed via their system as well as allowing us access remotely if they are not available in person during normal business hours.

Their support staff has been very responsive whenever something went wrong which hasn't happened much but there was one time where our survey didn't work right even though other people using the app seemed fine - this took some digging into by me until someone got back to my customer service rep who helped fix things immediately. We've found great success through legworks since adding an online doctor appointment booking tool; however, sometimes its hard finding doctors willing to do these same types of services outside traditional office visits because many prefer seeing only those coming just out of school vs adults over 50 years.
