Okay, for an entry level printer this thing is pretty good. This is my first printer and I am very happy with it. The printing plate is very small, only 200 x 200, but it's enough for small projects, which I still like to do. Its auto-leveling feature is really good, and the fact that it has a heated platen makes it easy to remove projects. Unfortunately there is a small problem with the plate heater. It seems to be losing its stickiness. I had many setbacks where the record itself refused to stick to material. I had to send back the first one I had. For some odd reason, after just four days of use, I couldn't get anything stuck to my plate no matter what I did. I cleaned the slab to make sure it was smooth and nice, but no matter what, it stopped holding the material. So far I've printed about eight pieces for small projects and they've come out great. Revine helped and made the exchange. The problem seems to be related to a problem with the disk. The new one I received ran out of material after the second day. But I really like the printer so I just put tape over the heated platen and it worked really well. I recently removed the tape to see if anything had changed and for some odd reason the panel is now sticking to the material. Strange. For the price you can't beat it. I'd like to say one thing he's not strong at, which is making small figures. I seem to have a little trouble making small characters. But since I'm new I'm pretty sure I need some kind of support or something. If you are new to 3D printing and want something small, compact and easy to use, I recommend this printer. I've printed a lot of stuff, I've only had about 3 complete failures and am very happy with it. Maybe I'll get some more in the future, but for now it will work great. A NOTICE. Note: Many people complain about the lack of technical support or website. But there is a website. It has customer service and updates for the various printers they make. They also have downloadable instructions for connecting your computer to the printer. It's a bit confusing, but it works very well. You just have to watch the printer towards the end of the printing process. Sometimes, for some strange reason, the printer finishes printing and then just stops. The point where it stops is usually right at the end point of your print, resulting in a small hole burning in your print. I stopped using the program and now use a standalone program that automatically resets the printer.
