Works For Me - Amino Acids

I've only been taking this for about a week, but I can honestly say it's kicked my ass for sugar, carbs and alcohol within MINUTES of taking it . . I found so many contradictions about how best to take it. Someone advised to take it with juice, someone on an empty stomach, someone with food. I was very confused, so I put about a quarter teaspoon under my tongue between meals. I was very skeptical because I'm going through menopause and my carb cravings were unrealistic. I'm a very strong willed person and can usually turn down sweets, but I've really struggled. I'm not proud of the fact that I was drunk either, but the thing worked really well for that, too. I'm trying to get healthy and I just can't do it on my own. I'm so thankful for this stuff. I'm also trying tryptophan but I don't think it's for me. I will also leave a review on it.
