Non-stick coating and collapsible handle make it easy to use in a small egg pan with the lid closed. It's just the right size for an egg on an English cheese sandwich muffin. i love everything about it If you usually only use one, make sure you keep the other three somewhere so you can find them later. Looks like my house ate them. I'm pretty sure the only way to get them to show up is to place another order.
