Good price for a hand tool

I had to remove the oil filter cartridge (cap). I figured why spend the same amount on a filter seat that probably only has enough strength to take the cap off and would probably break on a real bolt/nut. It will/should be strong enough to use on a bolt/nut if I ever need it.
