Will not fit 2002 Tacoma

The outer diameter of the old cover is 70.30 mm, this one is 63.0 mm. The thread depth, which is screwed into the filler neck on the original, is 29.35 millimeters, here 24.00 millimeters. This one won't turn on a click like all the old ones.
