Review on πŸ’ͺ BQYPOWER Resistance Bands Set for Strength Training - 12PCS Exercise Bands with Door Anchor, Handles, and Ankle Straps by Daniel Morris

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not for petite women-

It comes with a little exercise plan which I liked but came back for a number of reasons -1. Ease of use/difficulty of use: I found the bracelets unnecessarily difficult to use and uncomfortable. It is difficult to adjust and very uncomfortable for the body (especially for women, see comment below). This may be a plus for some as it offers more customization flexibility.2. Not for women - I'm 5'2", 28" at the withers and 38" at the hips. This product was definitely designed for the male body type. Due to the fact that I have crooked hips it doesn't fit anywhere. When I do it laying on my lower back it will rise as soon as I raise my arms 3. Too big overall - I felt too small to use them properly When using belt attached hand straps there is a give due to the length of the straps Little to no resistance.Same with legs.3.Overpriced: If you can use a belt it's probably worth it, but since I'm too short to use a belt I could just buy regular yoga bands and it would do the same and save a lot of dollars.
