I bought this car charger a while ago and recently bought another Nekteck charger: Nekteck 4-Port USB C Charger 72W Type C Charging Station 60W Power Delivery PD for 2017 MacBook Pro, Pixel 2/ Pixel/ Pixel XL Galaxy Note 8/ S8/ S8 Plus More, Black, and since I found that it doesn't charge at full power of 60W, which is suitable for my laptop, I decided to to test it. As it turns out, this car charger delivers no more than 1.8A at 19.8V (approx. 35-36W, per port, no wire loss) into my late 2016 Razer Blade Stealth (Kaby Lake) which is up to 60 W USB-PD accepts "Power Rule", charging up to 56W with an old 60W Google Chromebook charger. The Razer charger, which is also USB-PD and also rated at 45W, measures 19.8V at around 2.15A (at the end of the cable, after cable losses). Tested with Plugable and Satechi USB-C gauges, which give similar readings, as well as Nekteck's own 5A cable that came with the charger, and Revain USB-IF approved USB 2.0 Type-C cables. That issue aside, it does charge the phone, just like my Pixel XL and Pixel 2 XL, it just doesn't come close to the advertised 45W, as expected.
