I never knew how much my old spatulas sucked until I used this one. My old spatulas would ruin scrambled eggs and pancakes. In general, it was so difficult to turn things around. This spatula has a thin edge that makes it easy to slide between the pan and food. Give it a little wiggle and the food will fall easily onto the spatula for easy turning. The handle is strong and not too long. There is no hesitation. I wash the product by hand because the wooden handle breaks in the dishwasher over time. It is light and manoeuvrable, ideal for preparing delicate dishes. Now I use it exclusively and will buy more.
