Poor Meat Design

Users must hold the device to measure. I use it to test milk for steaming lattes. It won't stand in a mug or tank due to its design, but it reads accurately or you'll be stuck.

Pros

Time Record & Lock - This instant read meat thermometer can capture the maximum and minimum or current temperature and hold the temperature in one record. Calibration secures every test. Please note: Never place the device in a direct fire or heat source, never place the device in a closed oven as this may cause serious problems.
