I'm confused! It looked so good on the video but I tried it and the eggs cook well but with one big problem. After placing it in the water as instructed, I carefully cracked the egg open, carefully placed it in the water, placed it on top and placed it in the microwave as shown in the video. It cooked well, but, as I said, with a big problem. The egg went through the slots in the pressure cooker when I tried to throw them out. They were cooked around a slotted cup. What a mess as half of the egg didn't come out until I popped it out of the slots. It's a mess! I tried 2 dozen eggs and no difference. I've tried so many different ways. You're so wrong about selling this thing to people. I'll try this without the slotted cups inserted to see if it works. and just tilt it to drain the water before I open it. Lucky me, I'm getting burned. Maybe I just use it to feed the birds. waste of money!
