I was afraid to install it but it was good. Just make sure you go to the dealer and get a new roll pin (and preferably a new nut and bolt). Make sure you have a 3/16" female pin punch, a 5/16" male pin punch, four jacks (or maybe two ramps and two jacks), a jack and some common hand tools. .This job isn't actually that bad if you clear enough things out of the way to get into the part. I supported the transmission (MT) with a jack and removed the transmission cross member(s). There is a great article on the rs25 site called DIY: Shifter Wobble Fix that describes how to replace this. There are also some YouTube videos that can help you.
