I like that it has all of my contacts in one place, so if someone I'm working with changes their email or phone number then I don't have to hunt them down through several different apps/websites! It's also super easy to use once you get used to it - there are tons of tutorials online as well as support staff who can walk you through anything you need help with. There aren't any major downsides at this point, but we're always looking out for ways to improve our product. We've been able to streamline our customer service process by using bizznstool software instead of having multiple emails scattered around between people.
