Great kit perfect for beginners who want to build some circuits with their Arduino or Raspberry Pi. It offers the amateur a major advantage over other similar kits: organization. All components are carefully packed, most of them packed separately, combining the packages quite logically (capacitors 22pF and 104pF are in one package). Put strips of paper on if you haven't already learned the color codes. Transistors and integrated circuits are listed on a small sheet with a part number, making them easy to find on Google. The cute little box stays closed with a satisfying *click* and fits securely in the tool chest. A breadboard power supply is included, although as others have noted a 6-15V input power supply is not required, these adapters should be widely available. I got a 9v and 12v power supply from my local goodwill and it worked great. If you need a complete data sheet for this power supply, simply search for the part number "545043" and you will find all the information you need. If you're trying to hack hardware with your Raspberry Pi, this kit also includes a couple of jack-to-pin cables that will make your life *much* easier when connected to the onboard pins. While this kit has all the parts you could possibly need, if you're just starting out hacking into hardware, you might want to get yourself a cheap multimeter and a couple of power adapters or batteries.
