A bag of fasteners appears to have exploded in the box during shipping. Good start. Since the exact rack I have is listed in the data sheet I figured I could safely order this kit. Not correct. The screws are about half the length needed, which means a trip to the hardware store and even more money for what should come with such an expensive frame. Then I noticed that for each of the four casters, two of the four mounting holes were almost inaccessible. They are obscured by the counter itself. If I want to install them correctly, the rack will most likely need to be disassembled to a much greater extent than Tripp-Lite intended or wants. Finally, I can't find a rack leveling tool and the casters aren't the type that have brakes. That means looking for wedges or boots (I wonder how much they charge for this set).
