Great quality product that will last a long time

I bought this to work with my SR4POST25 and love the quality. The block with multiple servers and an elevator below moves slightly. The reels were easy to assemble and seem to last a very long time. thanks Tripp Lite for that and for the counter.

Great addition

I have placed my tripp lite stand in a tight space so it was important to be able to mobilize it to get to the back when needed. It doesn't come with legs as shown in the picture but I'm not sure why I need them at all if I don't need to level the stand because I'm putting it on an uneven surface, but then what do you need? wheels for?

spent my money

A bag of fasteners appears to have exploded in the box during shipping. Good start. Since the exact rack I have is listed in the data sheet I figured I could safely order this kit. Not correct. The screws are about half the length needed, which means a trip to the hardware store and even more money for what should come with such an expensive frame. Then I noticed that for each of the four casters, two of the four mounting holes were almost inaccessible. They are obscured by the counter itselfโ€ฆ
