I've had herpes since 8th grade. I have spent so many weeks of my life in confusion, suffering and excruciating pain. Anyone with herpes can tell. To catch the first symptoms, I take 3 tablets in the morning, 3 in the afternoon and 3 in the evening. It takes the usual almost two-week process and speeds up to a couple of days. It even reduces the throbbing pain. There are times I take more, but I warn you that it can seriously upset your stomach. You will be in excruciating pain if you take too much and you will spend all day in the bathroom. I only went this extreme when I had an event and needed to get rid of herpes fast! The tablet size of this brand is great! I've tried other brands that were 3 times the size and tasted awful. They go smooth and have no flavor.
