Review on 🔪 Bonsaii S120-C 8-Sheet Strip Cut Home Paper Shredder with CD and Credit Card Shredding, Overheat/Overload Protection, 3.5 Gallon Wastebasket - Black by Chris Edgerton

I originally ordered the Chopper S-120C but the heat has left the chopper with a thick sticky substance on the left side and top of the chopper. The chopper worked great and I just covered the sticky side with plastic from the basket cover. I told Bonsaii about it and they asked if I would mind if they replaced the sticky grinder with another grinder for free and I ended up with a C234-B grinder which arrived in about 3 days. They didn't want me to return the original shredder I bought. Best customer service in years, like living in America again! The shredder in the picture is new they sent me C234-BI, love this shredder! It takes 8 pages at a time and cuts them. You can clearly see how full it is through the window at the front of the basket so you know when to open it. There is a handle on the top of the chopper so it is very easy to remove the top of the chopper from the basket to empty it. Bonsai also provided me with excellent customer service. I recommend this grinder to everyone. It doesn't work with credit cards or CDs, but the original Sticky Shredder does, and since they don't want to return it, I can use it on these items! Definitely worth the money and I just ordered Bonsaii Lube to keep my blades sharp.
