Used to replace a failed driver side wheel hub on a 2010 Impala LT. Removing the old hub was more difficult than installing the new one (Thanks Michigan Road Salt and Electroplating!). There was a 'Made in USA' sticker on the box of the hub that I received. Appears to be of good quality and conforms to OEM specs. The installation was top notch. However, when the wheel was reinstalled, one of the wheel bolts broke off, hence a star deduction. Very odd - the flare nut was screwed on by hand and all tabs were tightened to spec with a torque wrench. I may have had a rare accident with a wheel stud that wasn't heat treated considering the stud fell apart like butter well below the torque spec and all the others were intact. Instead of going through the RMA process, I bought a new bolt from a local auto parts store, used a ball joint wrench to force out the broken bolt, and installed the new one with a large nut (to act as a gasket). a tapered inner edge to protect the cable lug seat) and a union nut for pulling through. A tedious but simple process.
