I have been using this NutriChef cookware set several times a week for the past 3 months. This set is no joke, we definitely noticed a big difference in how sauces and meats are prepared. This is by far the best I've had and it lives up to its potential. I have no complaints. I'll wait a year and see if she lasts. This 8-piece cookware comes with a Dutch oven, saucepan, large stovetop and large frying pan, all featuring clear tempered glass lids with a heavy-duty stainless steel rim. impervious to heat and moisture and feature a triple bonded structure with an aluminum core, a fuse sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for rapid and even heat transfer for even cooking. Suitable for oven use up to 500°F. Good glaze on meat. Burgers, sauces and eggs are a treat to cook. No more burns and uneven heating. Cooks evenly. Easy to clean. Almost as heavy as cast iron which I like and I still keep them in the pouches they came from! I show off my pots and pans all the time! I've spent so many dollars on bad pots in the past. Even my husband who used them didn't stick. They just have to get used to not using heat as they don't need it. I'm sure they will last a long time. They clean up well. Those are old pots and pans.
