Recovery packs a pretty solid selection of BCAAs in a very compact and easy to swallow capsule. I decided to give it a try as most of the BCAA supplements I have traditionally used over the years have been drink mixes and I usually don't feel like going into the kitchen and mixing something up as soon as I go to bed. high. This provides an excellent source of BCAAs with minimal effort. So there's nothing special about the taste, how easily it mixes with water, etc. The ingredient list is the key here, and it's definitely something to be proud of. no sugar, colorings, artificial flavors or anything else I don't need. However, the convenience of this product definitely comes at a price. Do the math. This is definitely one of the most expensive ways to get your BCAA dose before bed. You'd think all that extra "junk" would make drink mixes more expensive. I have no idea why they would take fewer ingredients and cram them into a more expensive capsule, but apparently it does. If money is no object, this could be the perfect product. I have to give them one star because they didn't find a way to lower the price.
