No wet car! The product is NOT waterproof!
We stuck this on the garage floor. It moved. I find that the glue weakens when soaked in water. Return home after a rainy day, and each subsequent trip is likely to overwhelm your parking assist system. For months my car has been running out of the garage when my tire was just over the parking assist. Then one day the garage door smashed in and then got stuck in the bumper. When trying to drive away, the bumper was slightly damaged. I had to tighten another 2 inches to clear the garage door. When I kick the dry parking assist system, it doesn't move. I've found that if I kick a wet park assist system I can nudge it. I bet my tires pushed park assist the same way. The product is great when it works. Maybe keep a towel in the garage?
